Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Worst game I have ever played, period.
Now before I get flamed by Xbox360 fanboys enthusiasts, let me tell you the one single fact why I hate this game. I spent a good portion of a weekend to go through the arduous task of curing my characters Vampirism. Don’t get me wrong, the lush and live world sucked me right into my Vizio 32″ HDTV in 1080i. The incredible sound, all in Dolby Digital through optical link, was an absolutely pleasure to this audiophiles ears. I actually enjoyed every second of it, until a fatal bug caused me unable to retrieve said cure from an NPC in the world of Oblivion… all that time wasted, and what’s worse is the flawed auto-save function locked me into the game, after the fact!
Unbelievable to me that such a critically acclaimed game has such a fatal flaw. Oh, well. Back to finishing Bioshock I guess… now that is an incredible game.
